Pastor

Putnam Christian Church is a close-knit congregation of about 30 members who gather weekly for worship, fellowship, and service. Our members are largely retirees whose lifetimes of experience, faith, and wisdom shape the heart of our community. Though small in number, we are rich in relationships, and everyone who walks through our doors is known by name. Our mission is to worship God, grow in faith, and share Christ's love with our neighbors. We do this through Sunday worship, Bible study, Sunday school (including High School), prayer, and caring for one another through every season of life, from celebrations to times of illness and loss. Our congregation also looks outward, supporting local service efforts and offering a welcoming, unhurried place for anyone seeking community and spiritual encouragement. At Putnam Christian Church, we believe that faith is lived out in everyday kindness, and that a small church can have a big impact when its people are devoted to one another and to their community.
