About the Position
Position Description
The primary role of the Operations Pastor will be to humbly serve the Lord Jesus Christ as a staff
member of Crossroads Christian Church, to work in collaboration with the rest of the staff and serve
the church as a whole, with an emphasis on the administrative needs of Crossroads. This will primarily
be split into two main categories; finance and general building/property management. While this is not
a traditional pastoral role, the desired candidate will have a pastor’s heart in regard to love of and care
for people.
