World Missions Alliance exists to mobilize Christians to fulfill the Great Commission by providing short-term mission opportunities with long-term impact around the world. Since 1999, we have served in more than 34 countries, partnering with local churches to share the Gospel through medical missions, evangelism, church planting, refugee outreach, humanitarian aid, leadership development, and children's ministry. We believe every person should hear the Gospel and have an opportunity to respond. We also believe every Christian should experience the Great Commission hands-on at least once. We call a mission trip "a date with God".

About the Position
Position Description
The Mission Operations Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for missionaries after they express interest or commit to a mission trip. This role is responsible for ensuring every traveler is informed, prepared, encouraged, and supported throughout the entire journey. You will coordinate communications and administrative processes while creating an outstanding experience for every team member. (sometimes it may involve coordinating logistics, receiving payments, and making travel arrangements) This position is ideal for someone who loves serving people, thrives on organization, and finds satisfaction in making complex projects run smoothly.
