Ministry Resident

The ministry residency is designed for individuals with a clear sense of calling who desire deeper development through immersion in ministry leadership and church systems. Residents are treated as staff members in formation and serve under the supervision of a Chapel Rock pastor in a specific Ministry area.

Residents will:

• Lead within a focus ministry area (e.g., worship, student, children, outreach, care)
• Participate fully in staff meetings, planning, and church leadership rhythms
• Engage in one-on-one pastoral mentoring and shared learning experiences
• Grow in leadership, theological integration, and ministry preparedness.
• Practice Chapel Rock's seven staff practices in daily staff and ministry life.

Who should apply? We are seeking individuals who:

• sense a call towards vocational ministry.
• desire formation within the context of the local church.
• are eager to grow spiritually, relationally, and vocationally
• desire to be shaped by scripture, the Holy Spirit, and Chapel Rock's mission, vision, and staff practices.
• are ready to learn through both leadership, responsibility, and shared community life
