About the Position
Position Description
Support the Groups Ministry at VRL with an emphasis on Young Adult groups and launching new groups of all types. The primary responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Consistent launch of new groups including monthly group launches and Rooted groups.
- Work collaboratively with the Groups Team to achieve goals.
- Develop the Young Adult Ministry with the goal of steadily increasing the number of Young Adults in Life Groups.
- Participate in Groups Team activities such as Leader Rallies, Real Discipleship Training, and monthly Life Group Experiences.
- Be available for general ministerial duties, such as pastoral meetings, visits, and leading people through the ABCD Discipleship Pathway.
- Additional duties as assigned.
