Lead Replanting Minister

The Church Replanter will serve alongside the current staff during a season of intentional transition, shepherding the church’s remnant congregation while helping lead it toward renewed gospel vitality, missional clarity, and sustainable health. This role combines the heart of a pastor, the instincts of a missionary, and the leadership courage of a church planter. This will include developing leaders, strengthening discipleship pathways, reconnecting the church with its neighborhood, guiding us to a new location, and reshaping ministries and structures around the mission of making disciples. Working collaboratively with current staff and church leadership, the replanter will faithfully shepherd the existing congregation while leading the church into a new season of gospel presence, disciple-making, and community engagement. The replanter will honor the church’s history and relationships, build trust with existing members, preach and teach faithfully, provide pastoral care, and help the congregation navigate the spiritual and relational challenges of significant change. At the same time, the replanter will work to create gospel-centered environments where people can encounter Christ, build meaningful relationships, grow as disciples, and be equipped to live on mission in the surrounding community. This is not a maintenance role. The Replanter is hired to lead change, not simply to shepherd the status quo.
