Position Description
The Lead Minister is responsible for partnering with the eldership to advance the spiritual vitality and development of the congregation. This individual must possess a comprehensive understanding of the church’s mission, vision, values, and strategic framework, demonstrating the ability to effectively mobilize the congregation toward these guiding principles. In collaboration with the eldership, the Lead Minister provides pastoral care and ensures that all organizational practices are aligned with the church's overarching purpose.
