Organization Description
Martinton Church of Christ is a small congregation on a rural community of 300. There are some other small communities in our area of the same size and a few communities in the area of 5,500. We are searching for someone to preach and help fulfill the needs of the congregation and community. Full-time Minister is preferred, however, we may accept a part-time minister under the right conditions.

About the Position
Position Description
Preaching minister to inspire and motivate congregation toward greater love, service and devotion to God.Preach Sunday morning service & possibly Sunday evening service. Prepare weekly orders of worship. possibly power point. Meet regularly with Elders and church board. Help with church events and outreach to communities. Provide spiritual and emotional support, officiate weddings and funerals. Call on congregation. Model Christ like living.
Strong faith, commitment to scriptures. Passion for preaching & teaching.
Ability to apply biblical principles to current culture.
All under the guidance of the elders in harmony with the church's mission.
