Organization Description
We are a small church in Van Buren, Arkansas. Our affiliation is with the Church of God out of Anderson, Indiana. We really consider ourselves to be more non-denominational. Our pastor has led our congregation for the past 25 years and has built a close group of great people. We have a desire to grow, but have been small since COVID. We have several churches in the area, so it has been a challenge.

About the Position
Position Description
We are looking for a full-time pastor. Our current pastor usually works around 40 hours per week. At Cross Pointe, we have a Flashpoint (devotional type) class that is usually led by the pastor. We do have members that fill in sometimes. We then have one Sunday Morning Service. On Wednesday Nights, we have a Bible Study Group that is led by the pastor or members.
