Helping You Navigate Life with Jesus.
We are a healthy, growing church with 250–350 people gathering each weekend and are part of the Independent Christian Church / Restoration Movement.
As our church continues to grow, we’re looking for a passionate Family Pastor who will lead and build a thriving ministry for middle and high school students while serving as an Associate Pastor on our ministry team.

About the Position
Position Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Student Ministry Leadership (Primary Focus)
- Build and lead a vibrant ministry for middle and high school students.
- Recruit, train, and shepherd volunteer leaders.
- Teach God’s Word in engaging, biblically faithful ways.
- Plan camps, retreats, mission trips, outreach events, and student gatherings.
- Develop a discipleship strategy that helps students become lifelong followers of Jesus.
- Partner with parents as they disciple their children.
- Associate Pastor Responsibilities
- Preach several weekends each year.
- Provide pastoral care through hospital visitation, counseling, and shepherding.
- Assist with baptisms, weddings, funerals, and other pastoral ministries.
- Support the overall mission and vision of CompassLife Church.
- Help strengthen marriages and families throughout the church.
