About the Position
Position Description
Bethany Bible Church is seeking a full-time Youth & Discipleship Director who senses God’s call into vocational ministry and has a growing passion to see people of all ages follow Jesus wholeheartedly. We are looking for a leader with strong biblical convictions, a teachable spirit, and a desire to grow as a shepherd, teacher, and discipler.
This role will focus on two primary areas:
- Leading and discipling middle school and high school students.
- Helping build and multiply a church-wide culture of discipleship and small groups.
