Kids and the people who raise them: that’s our focus at Cross Lane Community Church. Cross Lane is a non-denominational church in Terre Haute, Indiana, with an average weekly attendance of approximately 450. Our mission is simple: Bringing People to Jesus. We want to create a church where people can grow closer to God, build relationships with one another, and reach those who are far from Jesus.Cross Lane serves northern Terre Haute and the greater Vigo County community. We are an established church with a committed staff, engaged volunteers, and a strong desire to continue reaching kids, families, and people throughout our community who need Jesus. Cross Lane Community Church is a non-denominational congregation in Terre Haute, Indiana, with an average weekly attendance of approximately 450.We believe God has positioned Cross Lane for an exciting season of ministry in northern Terre Haute and Vigo County, and we are looking for a full-time Director of Administration to help us build for what comes next. We are looking for someone who loves Jesus, loves people, and genuinely enjoys making ministry work better. This person should be experienced in finances, systems, organization, problem-solving, and helping people succeed. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who brings those gifts with a genuine servant’s heart.The Director of Administration will be a key member of our leadership team, working closely with the Senior Pastor, elders, staff, ministry leaders, and volunteers.Primary Areas of LeadershipThe Director of Administration will provide leadership in four primary areas: financial oversight, systems and administration, Sunday experience, and missions and outreach. This includes helping steward church finances well, improving systems and processes, strengthening our church management software and workflows through Planning Center Online, developing volunteers who help create a welcoming guest experience from parking lot to parking lot, and coordinating local and global mission efforts. They should love people, communicate clearly, follow through consistently, and enjoy bringing organization and clarity to ministry.A college degree is preferred, along with 3–5 years of previous experience in finance, administration, systems (Planning Center), operations, organizational leadership, nonprofit work, or church ministry.Compensation & BenefitsThe annual salary range for this full-time position is $50,000–$60,000, based on experience and qualifications.
