The Connections Pastor helps people take their next step toward Christ and community at First Christian Church. They design and oversee systems that help new folks become members, members become ministers, and ministers stay connected to the mission of the church. This role combines pastoral care, leadership development, and strategic organization to ensure everyone finds their place to belong, grow, and serve.
