Children's Minister

Jefferson Street Christian Church is a Bible centered church located in central Illinois. We average 350 to 360 for Sunday morning worship and we are looking for a full-time children's minister.

We are looking for a leader who is passionate about God and children, anointed to lead, and outwardly displays excitement for God and ministry. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping children grow deeper in their relationship with God and someone who is willing to come alongside parents and help provide assistance through prayer and parent coaching. Someone who is confident and able to express their ideas of what they are doing and why they are doing it clearly. An individual who is willing to think outside the box in order to reach parents and children – someone who isn’t afraid to work hard, build new systems and structures (if needed), all in an effort to succeed. Someone who isn’t afraid to fail.
