About the Position
Position Description
Oversee all Children’s Ministry (birth-5th grade) programming, ensuring excellence and alignment with the mission of Oak Lane Christian Church. Provide pastoral care for parents, children, and volunteers. Oversee volunteer recruitment, training, and scheduling. Collaborate with church staff to ensure teamwork and support of church-wide initiatives through unified ministry efforts. We're accepting applications for both full-time and part-time Children's ministry positions.
The full-time position may also include helping lead the church's social media and communications, depending on the candidate's experience, gifts, and the needs of the church. Salary commensurate with experience. Job Description available upon request.
