About the Position
Position Description
The Children’s Director helps create a safe, engaging, and spiritually meaningful environment where children can experience the love of Jesus in age appropriate ways. This role is responsible for leading and developing the children’s ministry, equipping volunteers, partnering with families, and helping shape a culture where kids are known, valued, and invited to grow in faith.
More than simply managing programs, we are looking for someone with a genuine heart for children and families, and a passion to inspire others to invest in the spiritual formation of the next generation.
