Campus Minister

College Ministries of Virginia exists to encourage and equip college students to become devoted followers of Jesus Christ, empowering them to impact both His Church and their communities.

We’re looking for a Campus Minister to step into the mission at JMU by discipling students and helping raise up Christ-centered leaders. You will come alongside college students through one-on-ones (our bread and butter), Bible studies, and family gatherings (meals and conversations).At CMOV, we believe healthy ministry begins with healthy people. That’s why we work hard to create a family-oriented culture where your personal life is honored and supported through generous vacation time, monthly retreat days, mental health resources, and strong, ongoing relationships with fellow Campus Ministers and Executive staff.This role includes partial support raising as an opportunity to invite others into the ministry, and CMOV will provide hands-on guidance and support throughout the entire process.Devoted to Christ; sent with a purpose.
