About the Position
Position Description
The Associate Worship-Minister’s primary function is to work with the leadership and volunteers to bring praise to God. Then, along with the elders, equip new (and established) believers to a lifestyle of disciple making. He shall be supportive of all ministry leaders and staff as he works to provide vision, direction, and team leadership skills for the advancement of the ministries of HCC. (II Timothy 2:15) The following shall be the qualifications and responsibilities of the Associate Worship Minister.
