Organization Description
Venture Christian Church is a medium-sized church located on the north side of Indianapolis, in the heart of Hamilton County. We actively engage the communities of Carmel, Westfield, Noblesville, and Fishers—an area known for excellent schools and a thriving population of young families. In response to significant growth in our Student Ministry, we are seeking to add another full-time pastor to our Student Ministry Team to help disciple and lead the next generation.

About the Position
Position Description
The Associate Student Pastor will serve along side the Student Pastor to serve grades 6th-12th. The specific focus of this role will be in equipping students to plan and execute regular student worship services. Though not required, the ability to lead worship is desired. Additional duties related to student ministry will be assigned based on the applicants strengths and passions.
