The church was relaunched in 2021 and has seen a new season of ministry and growth. We look forward to continuing in this season and hope to more Christian values brought to Bend.

About the Position
Position Description
Real Life Christian Church is seeking a Full-Time Associate Pastor to support ministry leaders and help cultivate growth across the church body in beautiful Bend. This role partners with pastoral staff and ministry leaders to strengthen discipleship, equip volunteers, and advance the overall vision and health of the church. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with a heart for shepherding, team development, and church-wide growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and encourage ministry leaders
- Assist in discipleship and pastoral care
- Help develop and implement strategies for church growth
- Collaborate with leadership to advance the church’s mission and vision
