Associate Minister of Family & Discipleship

Oikos is a 5 year old church plant in small town mid-Missouri. We are a growing, young church full of life and potential.

The Associate Minister of Youth and Family provides pastoral leadership, vision, and care to the families of OIKOS Christian Church, particularly those with children in the home. The role exists to disciple the next generation in partnership with parents and equip families to be gospel-centered, spiritually healthy, and missionally engaged. This includes ministry to children, middle school and high school youth, and their families—with a sensitivity to the unique dynamics of homeschoolers and foster/adoptive families. This is a full-time staff position, working under the direction of the Lead Minister and in harmony with all other staff as part of the (“OIKOS Ministry Team”). This role will be accountable to the Lead Minister, who will provide regular coaching, training, and annual reviews. While not a member of the Elder Board, you would collaborate with church leadership in advancing the church’s mission.
