New London Christian Church is seeking a spiritually mature and relational leader to oversee and grow our adult ministries. This individual will provide vision, leadership, and care for adult discipleship by creating environments where people can deepen their relationship with Christ, build authentic community, and actively live out their faith.The Associate Minister will champion small groups, ministry teams, and other connection points that help adults engage in meaningful spiritual growth. This role also includes investing in and developing volunteer leaders, offering pastoral care, and helping individuals take next steps in their faith journey. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a team player, and a shepherd at heart who is passionate about helping people grow in both faith and community.
