Associate minister

I am an Elder at River Valley Christian Church in Martinsville Indiana. We are looking for an associate Minister at this time. Our current Minister is 70 and says he will hang on until May and would like to turn everything over to the associate minister then. He will work with the associate minister and help him and maybe stay until the end of the year if the associate minister needs him to. We want a smooth transition. We run around 200 every Sunday and have 1 service at 10 am. We have Bible study Wednesday night at 630pm and Thursday morning at10 am. Our congregation is higher percentage older than 50 we really want to get a lot of younger couples and people and keep our older people including me at Church. They are building a new school to replace 3 Martinsville schools right behind our Church. In Morgan county our schools have weekday education for 3rd and 4th grade. We have talked to the school superintendent and they plan to bring there kids of the new school for weekday education. The kids have to have a permission slip and it has to be off school grounds. Unfortunately it's the only way some kids know about Jesus. We have a fairly new children's minister. She is getting more kids and young couples which is great. We are just hoping to find a minister to keep going forward and spread the great commission. Thank you
