- Establish and lead ministries for young adults (post high school including young parents with preschool children)
- Establish and lead ministries for youth from 6th grade through completion of high school or age 19.
- Recruits, trains, enables, and schedules volunteers for the above ministries while also providing spiritual guidance for the volunteers.
