About the Position
Position Description
The Associate Minister leads the Discipleship Ministry and Connections
Ministry, helping people grow in faith and fully engage in the life of
MCC. This role includes team leadership, volunteer development,
pastoral care, and occasional preaching. This is a full-time, salary
position with benefits and reports to the Lead Minister.
