Every church has a story. At First Christian Church, we are grateful for our history—but even more excited about what God is doing today. With approximately 2,400 people gathering each weekend, a growing multi-campus ministry, First Christian Church is experiencing a season of incredible momentum. Lives are being changed, leaders are being developed, and families are finding hope as we seek to lead people to become all-in disciples of Jesus Christ. Founded in 1855, First Christian Church has faithfully served Northeast Ohio for more than 170 years.

What began with thirty-five members has grown into a thriving church committed to helping people know Jesus, discover hope, find a place to belong, and make a difference. Through biblical teaching, authentic worship, opportunities to serve, small groups, and compassionate outreach, we strive to help people encounter Christ and experience lasting transformation. God continues to move in extraordinary ways through our church. This past year alone, 273 people were baptized, more than 500 people connected into groups, and thousands experienced the love of Christ through local and global ministry partnerships. More than 30,000 meals were provided, over 27,000 articles of clothing were distributed, and nearly 8,800 people were served through our impact ministries. As we look ahead, we believe God is inviting us into something even greater. Our Multi-site growth strategy reflects our commitment to reaching more people, strengthening discipleship, and serving our community with the hope of Jesus. We believe our greatest opportunities are still ahead, and we are prayerfully seeking leaders who are excited to join us in writing the next chapter of what God is doing through First Christian Church.
