Adult Discipleship Pastor

Boulevard Church exists to help people believe in Jesus, belong to God's family, and become more like Christ. Located in Muskogee, Oklahoma, we are a growing, multigenerational church of approximately 700 people with a deep desire to make disciples who make disciples.We are committed to biblical teaching, authentic community, intentional leadership development, and serving our city with the love of Christ. The Adult Discipleship Pastor serves as the primary champion of adult spiritual growth at Boulevard Christian Church. This person will provide vision, leadership, and oversight for the church's discipleship pathway by developing environments where adults can grow in their relationship with Jesus, build meaningful biblical community, and become equipped to make disciples. Through the leadership of adult Bible classes, small groups, men's ministry, women's ministry, young adults, seniors, and recovery ministries, this pastor will help people take their next step of faith while investing in and multiplying volunteer leaders.The ideal candidate is a relational leader with a heart for shepherding people and equipping others for ministry. They are both strategic and pastoral, able to build healthy systems while remaining deeply invested in people. They thrive on developing leaders, fostering authentic community, and helping the church move beyond simply attending programs toward becoming mature followers of Jesus who live on mission every day.
