Organization Description
FCC Etown is a church of 1,500 members (1,100 weekly attendance) located south of Louisville, Kentucky. We currently have a team of thirteen full-time (including eight pastoral staff) and numerous part-time support staff members, including a full-scale preschool/daycare.
Elizabethtown is a rapidly growing community with a current population of 30,000 people. Due to some upcoming industry growth, our town is expected to double in size over the next seven years. This unprecedented community growth is a great opportunity for our church family to grow both spiritually and numerically over the next several years. As more people get connected to our church body, our desire is that they are continuously maturing in their relationship with God.

About the Position
Position Description
The Adult Discipleship Minister will be responsible for designing, coordinating and overseeing a comprehensive ministry effort that is focused on growing disciples for Christ. In other words, this person will be charged with providing tools and environments that encourage people to become more like Jesus.
Our team is hoping to add a person who is an outgoing, genuine disciple of Jesus who has excellent administrative skills and a deep love for the work of the Kingdom. Wed love to find someone who is mature, self-motivated, responsible, organized, humble and desires to be a great teammate.
