Standard Complaint Policy
Our standard complaint policy can be found here. Distance learning students living outside of Missouri who are dissatisfied with the outcome of their complaint after following OCC’s process may contact the State Portal Entity (SPE) for Missouri or their home state. Contact information can be found on the NC-SARA website. The written appeal should include evidence of a determination from OCC’s complaint process and all relevant evidence for the case.
Title IX Training
Federal Regulation 34 C.F.R. § 106.45(b)(10)(i)(D) requires an institution to make materials used to train Title IX Coordinators, investigators, decision-makers, and any person who facilitates an informal resolution process publicly available on their websites. We have included links to the training materials.
