Standard Complaint Policy

  • Our standard complaint policy can be found here. Distance learning students living outside of Missouri who are dissatisfied with the outcome of their complaint after following OCC’s process may contact the State Portal Entity (SPE) for Missouri or their home state. Contact information can be found on the NC-SARA website. The written appeal should include evidence of a determination from OCC’s complaint process and all relevant evidence for the case.

Title IX Training

  • Federal Regulation 34 C.F.R. § 106.45(b)(10)(i)(D) requires an institution to make materials used to train Title IX Coordinators, investigators, decision-makers, and any person who facilitates an informal resolution process publicly available on their websites. We have included links to the training materials.

Textbook Information

Students can view textbook requirements for courses through the college’s student portal at the time of registration. The student can see book titles, author, publisher, ISBN, and OCC bookstore price.

Voter Registration

Resident voters of Missouri can refer to the Missouri Secretary of State website to access voter registration information for each county in Missouri. Non-Missouri residents should refer to the U.S. Election Assistance Commission for voter registration
