About the Position
Position Description
RCC is looking for a ministry intern to work alongside of the full-time student minister and other staff members. This intern will serve and connect with the high school and middle school students in our church and community. The person who fills this position should be interested in serving in vocational ministry. RCC prefers applicants who can already demonstrate communication skills, leadership, and interpersonal relationships, as well as a particular interest in student ministry, but the intern can expect to learn skills in practical organization and event planning, ministry counseling, public speaking, leading small groups and Bible studies, engaging with students, and leadership.
