Organization Description
Westbrook Christian Church is a multi-ethnic and multi-generational church in Chicagoland. We strive to know Christ fully and make Him known in our community. For over 27 years, Westbrook has been led by Mont Mitchell, who planted the church in October of 1996. 3 congregations form one single church:
1. Westbrook Christian Church (Bolingbrook)
2. Crossroads Christian Church (Joliet)
3. Gente Unida (Bi-lingual congregations in Bolingbrook & Joliet)
As 3 congregations, we look to model what the Kingdom of Heaven will ultimately look like.

About the Position
Position Description
To honor God with worship and inspire people with excellence, the Pastor of Worship & Creative Arts will be responsible with preparing and executing the weekend services and events of Westbrook Christian Church; including, but not limited to, scheduling volunteers and rehearsals, maintaining equipment, discipling volunteers, organizing media and production for special events, and demonstrating what a life of worship outside of weekend services looks like.
