Position Description
De Soto Baptist Church is seeking a full-time Pastor. Affiliated with American Baptist Churches Central Region, DBC has a long history of engaged local community service and participation in broader state, national, and global missions. The ideal pastor will provide strong leadership to the church and community through sound biblical preaching and engaging messages, compassionate pastoral care, and strategic leadership and vision to the church. De Soto, KS is a suburb of Kansas City poised to experience tremendous growth over the next few years due to some very large industries currently being built in our city.
