About the Position
Position Description
WICEA is looking for candidates who demonstrate a passion for discipling college aged men, who have ministry experience, who seek to honor God in all they do, who can work well within a team, and who demonstrate a passion for sharing the love of God in all circumstances. This position will have a responsibility for developing and leading mens ministry, preaching on Sundays or Wednesdays participating in small group discipleship, planning and/or attending CSC mission trips, managing the CSC building and residential program, oversight of student ministry teams, developing as a preacher, and maintaining the CSC vehicles. It goes without saying that the person in this position will need to have good pastoral skills as you will work with students daily for their spiritual growth. This employee may be asked to perform additional duties as needed.
