Organization Description
FCC Etown is a church of 1,400 members (1,100 weekly attendance) located south of Louisville, Kentucky. We currently have a team of twelve full-time (including seven pastoral staff) and numerous part-time support staff members, including a full-scale preschool/daycare. We have staff who have been at FCC for as long as 38 years and others who have called Etown home for 2 years. We serve in a rapidly growing community and are committed to spreading the Gospel wherever God gives us opportunities.

About the Position
Position Description
The Connections Director will be responsible for designing, coordinating and overseeing a comprehensive ministry effort that is focused on encouraging new people to integrate with the FCC church body. In other words, this person will be responsible for connecting our guests from their first step onto our digital or physical campus until they are connected in a significant way.
