Biography
Damien has taught as a faculty member in the preaching and organizational leadership departments since 2005. Since 2012, he has served as an administrator and is currently the chief financial and operating officer. Damien has certification and training in the Working Genius model and Crucial Conversations and is a consultant in these areas. Damien preaches and teaches part-time at Carterville Christian Church. He also serves as a board member for Mustard Seed Network. He and his wife, Stacey, have four kids.
