My name is Luke Sayre and I grew up San Antonio, Texas (which really just means that I love Mexican food and the Spurs). I am currently a Sophmore at Ozark Christian college pursuing a degree in student ministry, and I am looking for an internship this summer that will allow me to work with Jr. and Sr. High students. I have such a desire to work with students this age because I believe that they are at the most identity-defining point in their life, and they need someone to point them towards Jesus so that they can find their identity in light of who he is and what he has done for them. I am all about changed lives for Christ in the lives of teenagers. Thank you for taking a look!
Ministry Experience
The summer of 2013 I worked as an intern for my home church in San Antonio.
From January 1st until the end of the summer in 2015 I worked at this same church in San Antonio as the Children's Assistant.
I have been volunteering at a youth group in Joplin, Missouri for a year and a half now and help run their Wednesday night programs throughout the school year.
