Job Summary
The primary focus of the Director will be youth ranging from Pre-K to 12th grade. This individual will have a combination of programmatic leadership, community witness, spiritual formation, and pastoral care. The Director of Outreach and Discipleship will be committed to helping maintain unity in Christ and pursuing our mission within our community and surrounding area. The ideal candidate will be outreach and development focused while striving for growth in the church’s impact and connection in the community. The ideal candidate must also employ creativity, be able and willing to coordinate, all while being a part of the church family at Wellston Christian Church.
