Job Summary
RA's is an essential relational role in the ministries' overall effort to make a long-term impact on those we serve. An RA should arrive anytime between 7:00pm - 8:00pm, assist the evening staff and interact with our guest. You are also able to eat dinner and breakfast with the crew. The RA is able to sleep in a private room, and then, at 5 am, oversees resident as they begin their day while also receiving new guests from outside. The RA remains on site as the volunteer breakfast crew arrives (any time from 5:00 - 6:00 am) and as the morning staff person arrives (during the 6 o’clock hour). There are different days that are available.
