Job Description
This will be developed with the hire of the new Pastor.
Job Summary
The Pastor will prepare and preach weekly. There is a substitute retired pastor. He will be a member of the elder’s leadership team. The pastor will generally need to work about 30-35 hours per week.
Applicant Requirements
1. A person who helps to make Village Christian Church more visible and is a servant leader. 2. Accepted the Bible as truth and desires to teach the entire Gospel as truth. 3. A person with a vision who can plan and execute plans, and who can delegate to others. 4. May need a second source of income as there is no parsonage and salary is around $50k.
