Job Summary
The Timber Challenge (TC) department is responsible for the delivery of Timber-lee’s challenge course programs. This includes our 900’ zip lines; 22-element two-level high ropes course; 40’ climbing tower; and a variety of outdoor recreational offerings including archery, canoeing, and cross country skiing. ICM participants will spend 30-40 hours per week gaining practical, hands-on experience guided by established leaders in the outdoor adventure industry. Documented instructor hours can be used for practitioner/manager certification in various industry associations. In addition, interns gain experience in youth retreat program planning and implementation as they live and learn about year-round camp ministry.
