Job Summary
Working in conjunction with central leadership and direction, this position is primarily responsible for the oversight and implementation of the mission of StoneBridge at the Millard Campus. Through connection, discipleship, and vision casting, the overall goal for the Campus Pastor is to help the campus to grow and thrive. While unique creativity to share the Gospel in Millard is encouraged, the Campus Pastor must filter any events and ministry through the lens of central direction as outlined in the Campus Constants and Identity document. Optional: This hybrid position can also include the responsibility to lead and minister to people through the use of creative arts in support of weekly worship services and other church ministry activities as assigned. This includes leadership in and facilitation of weekly adult worship services, both musically and technically, and support of other ministry areas in the use of worship and arts. This can also include the responsibility of overseeing some central responsibilities of groups at StoneBridge in collaboration with the Multisite and Discipleship Team
