Job Summary
Are you a relational leader with a servant's heart? Do you want to shepherd others while equipping leaders and families birth through 5th grade to open their hearts to the Lord? If you want to join us in unleashing the full force of the church to love people one at a time; then perhaps you are the person God is calling to join the Prospect Campus SE!KIDS team. The SE!KIDS Ministry Leader will be responsible for shepherding, training, equipping and leading all staff and volunteers serving in SE!KIDS Ministry at their campus. The SE!KIDS Leader will oversee birth through 5th grade and will partner with volunteers and families to equip them to do the work of ministry, not only on Sundays, but also the “other 6 days” of the week. The SE!KIDS Leader will collaborate with SE!KIDS across all campuses to ensure a Gospel-focused, safe, and nurturing environment where we can “Discover God, His Story and Our Place in It! Everything will be done with the primary purpose of achieving the overarching mission and vision of Southeast Christian Church.

Applicant Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Ministry preferred. 3 – 5 years of experience in Children’s Ministry or related field preferred. Engaged member, or willing to become, a member of Southeast Christian Church who supports the Statement of Faith and submits to the leadership established by the church.
