Rocky Fork Fellowship is a growing church in an exploding community. Located just 15 minutes outside of Columbia, MO we have the rural feel while having the options of a bigger city. Rocky Fork’s attendance averages 500+ per week. We are blessed with a thriving Kids Church, Youth Ministry, and Small Group community. With contemporary worship and relevant sermons, Rocky Fork Fellowship is looking for a Senior Minister who can help us continue to Know Jesus and Love Like Him. Job Summary
Rocky Fork Fellowship’s vision is to hire a Senior Minister who has experience in that position at a growing church, who has a graduate degree in Bible or a related field, and at a minimum a bachelor’s degree in the same. We will faithfully search for a family man who is a gifted leader and who can help the church move forward into the next chapter of RF’s growth. Our ideal candidate will be engaging with individuals and groups, and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills of connection and compassion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for building trust through strong relationships and commitment to RFF. This candidate will have a demonstrated success in church leadership – planning, execution and follow-through as outlined in the job description below.
