Job Summary
The Next Steps Pastor plays a vital role in facilitating meaningful connections in the community and within Revolution, fostering spiritual growth and discipleship. The Next Steps Pastor will oversee various aspects of church life including: next steps, helping people get connected to the church, guest services, and connect and discipleship programs/groups. All of these job functions will reflect the church’s overall mission to: Help people find Jesus and live like him. The Next Steps Pastor will report directly to the Lead Pastor.
