Job Summary
Redemption Christian Church is searching for someone to serve as a Campus Worship Minister on their Jasper (Indiana) Campus. The church is 23 years old and currently has three locations averaging 2,200 in Sunday attendance, combined. The Jasper Campus has an average of 1,500-plus people in two worship services in its worship gatherings each Sunday. The Worship Minister is the minister of music for worship gatherings and would serve within the structure of the Worship Team at the church. This means both working within the vision of the team while leading other staff members and key volunteers in executing it. Currently, the Worship Ministry of Redemption Christian Church is broken up into two parts. The primary responsibility is to lead music at our worship gatherings with a secondary responsibility of overseeing and/or leading student ministry worship gatherings (overseeing and coaching student ministry bands and worship leaders). In addition, the Worship Minister works with a team of worship ministers from other Redemption campuses. Redemption Christian Church takes a unique approach to music worship for the church. We believe in churches using their unique context and culture to create music for the church in a language its people can understand.
