- Manage and organize shared drives, donors list, and additional domestic and international vendors and contacts. - Liaise with international program coordinator to organize the annual conference, which includes making travel arrangements, and assisting with the conference budget and timeline. -Work with executive staff to prepare annual and progress reports - Organize monthly conference calls and record meeting minutes - Manage the foundation’s primary email account and respond to email inquiries. - Collaborate with the social media intern to ensure timely and relevant foundation updates to all social media accounts. - Assist with recruiting additional interns for the Spring 2018 semester. -Additional duties as assigned.
