Job Description
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Cast the vision for Worship Ministries in conjunction with the Sr. Minister within the mission of Plum Creek.
- Maintain all data and communication for Worship Ministry teams in conjunction with the Office Manager.
- Maintain facility areas for all Worship Ministry teams in conjunction with the Facilities Manager.
- Oversight of all worship equipment maintenance (sound board, lights, projectors, computers).
- Recruit and train volunteers to lead and assist in ministry.
- Oversight of all Worship Ministry Teams, including regular meetings.
- Creation of new Worship Ministry Teams that align with the mission of Plum Creek.
- Oversight of the following areas/functions of Plum Creek: Communion, Stage/Set Design, Decorating, Baptistry.
- Provide pastoral duties to members of the Worship Ministry Team and to the general congregation as needed
- Participate in weekly ministry staff meetings and monthly all-staff meetings.
- Assist in planning and executing all church events not specifically assigned to any staff member.
- Participate in one foreign mission trip every two years.

The Worship Minister is responsible for providing leadership, oversight, vision, and healthy relationships for all worship focused ministries within the mission of Plum Creek.
