Job Summary
The discipleship minister will develop and maintain evaluating systems and processes necessary for the spiritual formation of every adult with an emphasis on challenging every Christian follower to be fully alive with Jesus, in community, and on mission. The discipleship minister develops, promotes, and casts vision for PCC’s discipleship pathway for adults. The discipleship minister will serve on and lead the Connections Team. The Connections Team consists of three full-time employees and an assistant. The titles of these positions are Discipleship Minister, Groups Minister, and Care Minister and an admin.
