Job Summary

Provides pastoral care to inmates and staff, coordinates religious activities and volunteer services, ensures all inmates are provided appropriate religious accommodations according to their faith, keeps records and files reports as required. Must be able to work with inmates from various faith backgrounds. Chaplains are allowed the opportunity to serve in local bi-vocational church ministry.

Applicant Requirements

Must have an endorsement (ordination, license or endorsement) from your faith group and either: *A Bachelor's degree in religion, theology or a related field and 6 years of professional clergy experience, *A Master's degree in religion, theology or a related field and 3 years of professional clergy experience, or *10 years of professional clergy experience
