Our church of 130 people located in rural Northwest Kansas is searching for a youth minister to join us in ministry to lead and to serve as a Youth/Associate Pastor. Under the leadership of and alongside the lead pastor, and elders. It is a Full Time Youth/Associate Minister role and would include: weekly youth groups, Sunday School, events, summer camps, and short-term summer mission trips. Preaching occasionally throughout the year. Counseling Discipling

Job Summary
Our church of 130 people located in rural Northwest Kansas is searching for a youth minister to join us in ministry to lead and to serve as a Youth/Associate Pastor. Under the leadership of and alongside the lead pastor, and elders. It is a Full Time Youth/Associate Minister role and would include:
- weekly youth groups, Sunday School, events, summer camps, and short-term summer mission trips
- Preaching occasionally throughout the year
- Counseling
- Discipling
Two youth group meetings a week. We have a separate building for the youth called the “Cave”. It's a fantastic building for youth groups and other events. Both meet on Wednesdays. Middle school average is 20 students. High school average is 25 as well. We also have a K-4th grade mid week program called bible club. Average 80 kids. We have Sunday mornings ABZ which is our kids church. We are in the middle of revamping this program as well. We are renovating and working on expanding ABZ. Many great opportunities to disciple and develop young adults as well. We have a good group of young families. Oakley Christian Church facebook page as well.
